It depends on the day, the block of time, and what you are putting together. Weeknights, weekends, corporate half days, full days, and standing weekly group reservations are all priced differently. The room holds 35 comfortably seated and up to 50 standing. It is a bar, so people are happy on their feet, for example seated for X and standing for Y. We can set the room up to fit an intimate group or a full house.

Bring whatever you want. There is no catering contract and no per person fee. Behind the bar you have a full size refrigerator, a microwave, a sink, and plenty of counter space for laying food out. Pizza, Mexican, Chinese, and a bakery are all right here in the same plaza, and we work with a great Italian caterer, so feeding a full room is easy and cheap. Most hosts either bring their own food or use one of our recommended caterers. Just let us know your plan.

You bring your own food and drinks. We do not sell alcohol, so there are no bar minimums, no beverage packages, and no per person markup. Our full bar seats 10 and it is yours to stock however you want. A bartender can be arranged for an extra fee if you would rather not have someone in your group pouring all night. We have a real bar setup, so tell us what you are picturing and we will walk you through the options.

Yes, and plenty of it. We have free parking on site plus the supermarket lot right next door, so nobody is circling the block or parking down the street. Getting in and out is easy, and we will point your guests to the right spot.

Office and tour hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Events are booked seven days a week, morning through late night. Most parties wrap up by midnight, and if you need later, just ask.

We ask for a deposit to hold your date, which comes off your total. Cleanup is simple. Bag your trash, take your decorations, and leave the rest to us. We keep it simple and spell everything out up front, no surprises.

The space is on one level with no stairs between the entrance and the party room so every guest knows what to expect.
